ok so there you go..i just uploaded a butt load of stuff. they're all drawings that i like to consider 'stream of consciousness' drawings.. which means that i grab the pen (one of those old fashioned ones you dip in ink every 2 seconds, loads of fun..that wasn't sarcastic. it really is a lot of fun. you can get a lot of detail with them things) and i just go at it..no ideas, concepts..just go with the brain flow and draw what comes out. there seems to be a general theme: squiggly lines and worn out faces..but occasionally something new and random pops out. you really have to look to find little random drawings. i suggest to anyone and everyone with artist's block to just grab a pen and let your hand do all the work, don't even think about anything, much less a coherent drawing. just move your hand around til something comes up, and if no forms come up, stick with abstract lines. those are always fun. it's a good form of starting the day's drawing process (or for me, the night..because i do most drawing/painting at night.) anywho, hope you like them..and if you don't, tough. go paint fruit next to a bottle. (I have nothing against still lifes and enjoy the occasional fruit 'n bottle portrait)
